- All Sales are non-refundable. Refunds are only allowed for defected or wrongly shipped product.Please notify your claim for defects within 15 days of purchase.

- e-receipt needed (or exact date needed to track purchase).
- Exchange is only possible on unworn/unused product with all tags attached.
- Defected clothes can be exchanged or refunded at price of purchase.
- CLEARANCE SALE purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Credit vouchers will be issued for all refunds.
- All merchandise can be exchanged with-in 15 days of purchase with an authorization from customer service desk and/or a proof of purchase at Info@springwearz.com
